Workday HCM Administrator

The position is responsible for developing and supporting the configuration of all components of the Workday HCM platform including but not limited to: recruiting, benefits, compensation, onboarding, talent and absence. Will also be responsible for Providing detailed documentation of process steps. To be successful in this role, one must have a deep knowledge of HCM business processes, implementation methodology, and should be able to work closely with internal and external resources.    

  • 3 years’ experience working in HRIS
  • 3 years’ experience with Workday HCM
  • Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated understanding of Workday HCM business process management
  • Demonstrated understanding of Workday data sources and reporting writing
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Workday Talent ideal
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting
  • Experience with Workday Request framework
  • Experience creating or updating Workday business process training documents
