OVERVIEW The HTR Sourcing Organization is the engine that drives our company. The team is responsible for researching, analyzing and compiling large amounts of data pertinent to the engineering talent pool of the Atlanta Technology marketplace. This data is then prioritized for utilization by our technical recruiting team.
RESPONSIBILITIES HTR is hiring an entry-level sourcing analyst / researcher that will be responsible for learning and utilizing research tools and data analysis strategies to enable our recruiting / business development organizations to increase sales volume. The position calls for using a diverse set of technical skills, the ability to quickly adapt to and learn unfamiliar technologies, and the discipline to create and follow process. A motivated, innovative, problem-solving outlook is a necessity for success in this role.
REQUIREMENTS - Experience (or keen interest) in IT Technologies, policies and procedures.
- Complex research and analytical capabilities.
- Strong understanding of data extraction, manipulation and presentation.
- Ability to multi-task and change direction based on task completion / prioritization.
- Willingness to work within a team, and to coordinate effectively with other teams to solve problems or find particular data.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE - Background or academic course work involving statistical analysis, data mining and / or big data technologies.
- Familiarity with the Technical Recruiting Industry.
