We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to oversee the integration of e-commerce providers and other third-party service integrations across our web, mobile, and connected device platforms.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Be the technical subject matter expert (SME) for digital e-commerce technology for apps on mobile and connected devices (15+ platforms)
  • Understand business needs and define end-to-end service integrations for e-commerce partner solutions, APIs/SDKs, billings/subscriptions, and in-app purchases (IAPs)
  • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, and lead comprehensive tech reviews with platform app developers
  • Advise on technology roadmap initiatives for future e-commerce capabilities, including partner tech updates and new app store features
  • Propose cross-platform configuration and services to centralize content, data, and business logic for digital pricing pages and payment flows
  • Advise on analytics, revenue, ads, user acquisition, conversion, and churn metrics capture and analysis for data-driven business goals Meet with Apple, Google, Amazon, and connected platform account reps to review upcoming IAP changes and platform/OS changes
  • Meet with third-party partners for upcoming roadmap items, product walkthroughs, tech reviews, and operational incidents Collaborate closely with platform developers to lead technical deep dives, guide web/app implementations, and validate e-commerce behaviors
  • Lead feature and cross-platform testing for premium user scenarios, service failures, feature verification, and post-rollout checks
  • Provide problem triage, root cause analysis, and fix recommendations for critical support issues (subscription errors, account linking, etc.)
  • Articulate and write technical strategy for new product concepts to integrate third-party services beyond payment ecosystem

     

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in e-comm technology for web, mobile/connected apps
  • 2+ years of experience translating business strategy to technical plans Experience building enterprise-level digital subscription and payment projects
  • Technical expertise with SaaS providers for billing/subscriptions/payments
  • Familiar with app stores - Google Play, App Store Connect, Amazon Appstore
    Experience with in-app purchasing, app store APIs, and native app billing
  • SDKs Knowledge of platform app stores, device debugging, and device testing
  • Knowledge of JSON/XML data processing and REST API integration Can learn new APIs quickly for vendor evaluations and feature building Proactive self-starter who dives in to get things done effectively
  • Can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Great communication and collaboration skills
