Job Description

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve advanced server, network and desktop issues
Install hardware and software systems for various computer applications and programs
Proactively identify organizational security needs and use existing resources to ensure efficiency and a secure network
Manage, assess and monitor all systems and infrastructure to reduce downtime, mitigate risk, and ensure systems are working properly
Maintain cloud-based storage infrastructure
Active Directory Administration, including access management, GPO’ s, DNS, DHCP, User Creation, etc.
Asset deployment and management
Proactively identify issues, communicate risks, and provide potential solutions to Leadership in order to effectively course correct as needed
Manage help desk tickets that are submitted, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and superior service delivery

Requirements:

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
3-5 years of technology or engineering experience across network infrastructure, cloud (Azure), Virtualized applications, software development
Proficient with Windows Server 2019, Office 365, Active Directory, Trend Micro, Tableau, Meraki, WebEx
Knowledge of advanced database and reporting
Experience providing application support
Strong understanding of IT equipment and peripherals, i.e., servers, workstations, networks, etc.
Ability to solve problems independently
Ability to multitask and prioritize client issues
Experience with network and multi-site redundant infrastructure setup and maintenance
Proficiency installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, applications, and system management tools
