-        Participate and/or lead daily Scrum meetings

-        Understand client needs and specifications of systems to be developed

-        Participate in task planning and solution designs

-        Participate in development of Web applications and JAVA components according to best practices established by the team

-        Technical documentation

-        Carry out unit tests on developed components as well as other tests according to methods and procedures established by the team

-        Provide support to less experienced developers

Required Skills

-        Web technologies such as Java/Java EE, JSP, AJAX, JQuery, AngularJS, XML, HTML

-        Development frameworks such as Struts, Spring, and Hibernate

-        Knowledge / Development experience in the Oracle ATG Web eCommerce Platform: commerce, merchandizing/BCC, CSC

-        Troubleshooting, configuration experience with the Oracle ATG Web eCommerce Platform

-        Knowledge of Oracle ATG V11

-        Knowledge of Endeca search

-        Knowledge of popular design patterns

-        Application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss

-        Knowledge of WebLogic Application server 11g

-        Development tools such as Eclipse, Rational Team Concert (RTC) (asset), Sonar, PMD Rules, Checkstyle, Maven, ANT, JIRA

-        Agile methodology

-        Extensive analysis experience

-        Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

-        Strong client facing skills

-        Must be able to work with little guidance/independently

-        Minimum of seven years of experience in Web application development, with two years of ATG experience

-        Strong attention to detail

-        Strong organizational skills
