Job Description





The Senior SEO Specialist is responsible for leading planning & execution of projects improving website performance and search engine compliance to achieve greater rankings. This role will be responsible for defining search strategies for our in-house brands, managing ongoing program activities, and driving performance as a leader within our organic search discipline.



A successful candidate should:
  • 10+ years of experience leading impactful organic search tactics, with a focus on search engine optimization, content creation and website performance factors
  •   be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • possess strong analytical skills as well as content optimization talent
  • have enhanced ability to collaborate across departments to achieve optimal website(s) framework
  • adequately prepare digital properties for Google’ s Core Vital mandates
  • plan, execute and deliver Content SEO Audit, overlap, and gap analysis
  • work closely with Technical SEO Specialist, unifying knowledge and skills leading to superior Organic Search performance



  • Translate stakeholder organic search traffic & engagement objectives into effective search marketing strategies; develop assessment, plans and implementation of SEO tactics to meet these goals
  • Provide measurable acquisition-based keyword and content strategies for SEO across multiple business domains
  • Participate in technical SEO recommendations to support effective site crawling and indexing, including recommendations on mobile usability, robots meta tag usage, structured data, and URL configuration
  • Highly skilled and able to create dashboards in tools such as, Adobe Analytics, AEM, BrightEdge.
  • Consulting and analysis around all aspects of SEO, including competitive research, web presence optimization, site structure strategies, measurement and performance, and presentation strategy using dashboards
  • Act as primary stakeholder contact, providing education around SEO value, strategies, tactics, deliverables, and performance to further adoption of organic search
  • Stay up to date on current SEO industry trends and technologies, and communicate these trends to clients and team members
  • Serve as primary liaison with Paid Channels to promote coordination between digital strategies
  • Experience using Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel
  • Understanding of Google Search Console, AEM, Siteimprove and BrightEdge
  • Experience using key industry search tools and platforms (SEMRush, Adobe Analytics, AEM, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret data and explain data to stakeholders, as it relates to digital business goals
  • A strong work ethic and a constant desire to advance knowledge as new tools, algorithm updates, and search tactics become available
  • A collaborative attitude, being a team player and working closely with team members
