Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks related to end user access, including user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications
  • Assist with the evaluation, testing, deployment, and management of tools supporting IAM related activities
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of role based access controls (RBAC)
  • Identify entitlement inconsistencies and provide resolution
  • Analyze user access roles and security settings to independently assess compliance with defined standards
  • Conduct user access recertifications consistent with established processes
  • Prepare or obtain user and system access reports from trusted sources
  • Review, maintain and develop department documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other IT teams to configure IAM tools and systems
  • Serve as a business unit resource for IAM projects and compliance with established processes
  • Remediate audit, assessment, and examination findings and control gaps

Requirements
  • Experience in an Identity and Access Management environment
  • Access Control and provisioning
  • Remediation of audit findings and control gaps
  • Ability to work off hours or on-call rotation
  • Experience with Sailpoint Identity IQ
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FFIEC, SOX, etc.)
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business users
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues, balance multiple tasks, and respond to competing needs within the organization
