The UX designer will also be responsible for conducting user tests to observe behavior both in-person and by using UX toolsets and metrics. Following testing, the UX designer will refine and tweak mobile apps and websites to create a digital experience that the users will like and find easy to use.

  • Evaluating existing iOS, Android mobile apps and websites for their UX (user experience) effectiveness and recommending possible improvements according to defined KPIs Leading and conducting user testing (qualitative and quantitative) to gather insights, validate proposals and test usability
  • Creating and implementing interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications
  • Creating and maintaining a style guide of UX patterns and interactions
  • Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs with other members of the team
  • Developing and maintaining design wireframes and specifications of best practices to share with designers and developers.
  • Presenting solutions with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Evangelizing best-in-class UX standards across the company Leading design sprints for larger epics

  • BS Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Architecture or similar 5-6+ years in UX Design or equivalent field
  • Portfolio of sample projects highlighting design for consumer-facing mobile apps, and/or web-based applications
  • High interest in constantly keeping up-to-date of latest trends, best practices and competitive activity
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity or when requirements are still in flux
  • Proven experience showing clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and business goals
  • Artistic eye for design and the ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Excellent organizational, time and project management skills
  • An understanding of the latest design and technology trends and their role in a commercial environment
  • Business-minded approach to time, costs and deadlines
