ey Areas of Responsibilities:

Act as a Scrum Master to lead key initiatives to deliver project objectives for medium to large sized agile projects
Facilitate Iteration Planning/Sprint Planning/Points Planning, Handle Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement/grooming, Retrospectives, Sprint Presentation/Demos with team and Product Owner/stakeholders
Assist key business users (product owners) with backlog creation, grooming and prioritization
Identify and remove impediments to prevent distractions
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Stakeholders to facilitate release management across teams to coordinate release scheduling
Maintain software release schedule and act as a liaison between teams to ensure proper communication
Serve as a coach while empowering team self-organization and self-management
Promote and evangelize Agile across the organization
Make recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness
Adhere to internal SDLC and review processes and standards Qualifications
5 years minimum experience as a Scrum Master to manage Agile projects with Agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum, Lean or Kanban
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
Demonstrated aptitude for acquiring knowledge and skills
Exceptional facilitative skills, must be able to lead and demonstrate value add principles with transparency (e.g. desire to bring disclosure and grow trust)
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
