Training Program Manager

Role Summary: 
Training and Communication Leader to be a part of the Global Client Implementation Team. The Training Leader will develop the training, communications and change management strategy for Salesforce Sales CRM Solution and other initiatives deployed by the Client Implementation team. Initiatives leverage Salesforce to transform our customer acquisition and boarding processes across the enterprise. The Training Leader will develop and execute plans to communicate and train impacted stakeholders to understand and adopt process and system changes. This role will be responsible for training strategies that embrace an Agile deployment approach, where materials can be efficiently updated to incorporate incremental changes by sprints and business verticals. Training approach must also tailor materials and delivery by role to provide effective training for each stakeholder group to embrace changes specific to their role in the customer boarding process. 

Responsibilities: 
• Develop training and communication strategy to support customer acquisition and boarding process and Salesforce Sales CRM Solution. 
• Develop communication plan to provide consistent and broad communication on customer boarding, from leadership updates on program to role specific communication to end users 
• Leverage modern tools for communication where appropriate to ensure delivery, including videos, Chatter posts, etc. 
• Develop training plan to provide consistent instruction on customer boarding process and system and leverage a variety of training mediums to ensure effective delivery 
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop Change Management Strategy and Plans for rollout and adoption of Salesforce CRM 
• Coordinate with sprint teams to understand new capabilities to develop training materials upon release 
• Develop strategies for training retention, to include exercises and gamification 
• Develop strategies for training reinforcement beyond initial training delivery, to include tools like Chatter 
• Develop Sales CRM training calendar 
• Seek training evaluation and feedback to continuously improve training programs, materials and delivery 
• Deploy repository of training materials, making materials accessible by end users 
• Ensure training deliverables are created and maintained (training guides, quick reference guides) using standard templates 
• Provide demos to support communication of customer boarding process and solution 

Required Qualifications: 
• Bachelor' s degree from an accredited college or university. Major in Business Management, MIS, Human Resources Management, Communications or closely related field of study 
• 10+ years in training and curriculum development and/or delivery role 
• Proven track record of developing training programs and curriculum 
• Basic Salesforce knowledge required, certification preferred 
• Ability to explain complex information in clear, concise terms 
• Must be detail oriented 
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment 
• Exceptional work ethic, customer service and interpersonal skills 
• Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization 
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills 
• Ability to motivate and influence others 
• Ability to work in a geographically dispersed business environment 
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
