This role will be responsible for Administration as well as Level 2 and Level 3 support and troubleshooting of customer tickets. This position will work closely with developers focused on programming applications and web-services based on the industry' s leading open source platforms and cloud-based technologies. This position will require working during off hours, including holidays and weekends.
Supporting Enterprise Applications including Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting
Experience in Salesforce administration in an Enterprise Environment
Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using Agile software development methodologies.
Experience working independently to facilitate meetings with multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary across the State of Texas.
Experience in Database/Analytics Systems development and deployment experience, as well as front-end visualization
Salesforce Architect Certification
