Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leads cross-functional teams to complete an assigned project on time, on budget, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates.
- Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers, strategic partners and other platform owners, through integrations and implementations. Establish processes/procedures to manage customer portfolio activity
- Become a product expert, with strong understanding in configurations and data integration
- Assist product owner in managing certifications of integrations to third party partners and other internal platforms
- Internally, work cross-functionally to solve configuration challenges
- Be proactive with issue resolution
- Strong understanding of web based applications, API' s, and data integration
- Monitor new client implementations and existing client support; provide daily problem solving, coordination and leadership as required
- Drive the efforts of technical and operations resources as they develop integrated software solutions and support systems to serve the partners and clients
- Maintain ongoing reporting of partner, client, and internal status and activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent; 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Technical background and experience with client/server, database, and customer information systems required
- Experience working with API integrations
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to navigate at all levels in the organization and interact effectively and confidently with audiences of varying skill sets and authority
- Relationship-building and the ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders with competing priorities
- Strategic thinking, with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the tactics when needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage issue resolution - including the identification of issues, developing a resolution plan, and executing the changes needed
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
