Job Description

Responsibilities:

Leads cross-functional teams to complete an assigned project on time, on budget, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly
Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates.
Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules
Maintain regular contact with existing customers, strategic partners and other platform owners, through integrations and implementations. Establish processes/procedures to manage customer portfolio activity
Become a product expert, with strong understanding in configurations and data integration
Assist product owner in managing certifications of integrations to third party partners and other internal platforms
Internally, work cross-functionally to solve configuration challenges
Be proactive with issue resolution
Strong understanding of web based applications, API' s, and data integration
Monitor new client implementations and existing client support; provide daily problem solving, coordination and leadership as required
Drive the efforts of technical and operations resources as they develop integrated software solutions and support systems to serve the partners and clients
Maintain ongoing reporting of partner, client, and internal status and activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent; 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Technical background and experience with client/server, database, and customer information systems required
Experience working with API integrations
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to navigate at all levels in the organization and interact effectively and confidently with audiences of varying skill sets and authority
Relationship-building and the ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders with competing priorities
Strategic thinking, with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the tactics when needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage issue resolution - including the identification of issues, developing a resolution plan, and executing the changes needed
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
