3. Knowledge of analytics and cloud technology
4. Previous experience as a Business Analyst 
5. Experience with tools like Jira and SDLC Processes. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as the liaison between development team, Product Managers and end users. 
  • Write interview guides and questionnaires
  • Write user stories 
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops
  • Provide input and feedback on prototypes and UI designs
  • Drive cross feature and platform coordination
