Customer Success Manager
- Be a technical subject-matter expert for the company' s solutions
- Own commercial renewal process including negotiations and expansion of the customer base.
- Where applicable, assist with expansion opportunities
- Own the new logo sales and commercials process with select prospects
- Create and share best practices that ensure clients are set up for success.
- Educate and train clients on new product releases or new use cases.
- Drive resolution of technical issues through cross-functional interactions.
- Handle customer requests to ensure they are promptly and effectively served.
- manage customer expectations through discovery conversations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience (account management and expansion sales experience a plus)
- Ability to create renewal plans execute flawlessly
- SaaS solution implementations experience
- Ability to engage with both C-Level and Mid level management as well as technical audiences.
- AdTech data background
- Proficiency with troubleshooting audiences in DSP’ s, DMP’ s and log files
- Basic understanding of programming language preferred
- BA/BS degree required
