- Monitor and analyze operations environment.
- Review logs and determine errors.
- Resolve semi-complex computer operation problems.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Track and report operations and system performance issues.
- Produce, send and receive files to/from third party service providers.
- Fulfill all special requests and perform all other required tasks to complete daily processing for credit union customers.
- Log all software, hardware, and related processing problems and noteworthy information as required.
- Maintain all operations procedures manuals.
- Set up, maintain, and utilize Operations Schedules to ensure that all daily tasks are completed accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of browsers and internet logic
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Must maintain a high level of organization within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow through to completion
- Familiar with Linux environments
