- Train, supervise and manage team members who report to him/her.
- Identify resellers who could resell and implement.
- Convert potential resellers into active resellers.
- Train resellers to sell
- Assist in reseller sales efforts.
- Work with Marketing and Inside Sales team to identify resellers.
- Attend events as a representative of the company to identify potential resellers.
- Lead solution development efforts to best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Company and partner personnel.
- Closely coordinate company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
