Summary:
The most essential role of the CRM & Marketing Account Manager is to build, develop, and support client’ s, serving as both leader and collaborator. Additionally, the CRM & Marketing Account Manager is expected to proactively provide senior-level strategic guidance to all internal and external customers. As well, it is expected that the CRM & Marketing Account Manager directly manage a portfolio of accounts and drive additional sales by planning and recommending solutions to each account. Important to the ongoing success in this role, it is required that the CRM & Marketing Account Manager stay current with email and digital marketing trends and innovations, and make recommendations to the engineering team as new product opportunities are identified.
Job Details:

  • Ability to lead and manage the day-to-day relationship with key national accounts

  • Responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction with company products and services

  • Form and maintain client relationships through interaction with all levels of a client’ s organization to build long term relationships

  • Schedule & facilitate quarterly reviews with clients

  • Possess a strong understanding of clients’ CRM and email marketing goals and priorities to help clients meet or exceed their marketing objectives

  • Execute and oversee numerous marketing campaigns simultaneously on behalf of our clients

  • A/B testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness

  • Create timelines for executing campaigns and manage internal team resources and/or the clients’ third parties to meet deadlines

  • Identify 3-4 opportunities per year within the team to develop client case studies

  • Assume accountability for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution

  • Provide reporting on campaign results to initiate additional recommendations and best practices to our clients
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’ s degree required, a liberal arts undergraduate or advanced degree (e.g. Masters) is a bonus

  • 2-3 years Account Management experience in email/digital marketing with National Accounts

  • Positive, outgoing personality

  • Self-Starter; goal oriented; persuasive

  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Keen business acumen

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills

  • Adaptable and flexible to meet demands of clients and organizational change

  • Able to discern and balance advocacy for client, while protecting best interest

  • Background in business to consumer acquisition, re-engagement and retention marketing strategies is a plus

  • Have experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Microsoft BI, or related product)

  • Position requires approximately 10-15% travel
