Agile Coach

Atlanta, GA

Experience:

6-8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years leading/coaching agile teams in the use of Scrum and Kanban
2-3 years of experience implementing, coaching and training on scaled practices
2-3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting SAP
Must be able to create training documents and lead training across all team roles (SM, PO, Program, Leadership, etc.)
Proven ability to advocate for organizational agility, provide recommendations and influence at all levels
