Project Manager

Responsibilities include:
  • Work with tech  and business teams to prioritize project requirements and develop project plans
  • Track and prioritize client engagements.  i 
  • Communicate with and manager customer expectations for successful, on-time implementation of projects.
  • Manage  project scope, phases, tasks, assignments, dependencies, and target dates
  • Coordinate project delivery dates against estimates  
  • Support QA by tracking issues and assisting with early identification of problems
  • Maintain open and constant communication among internal team, customers, and management regarding project status
  • Create and oversee change management processes to manage scope and delivery expectations
  • Be a liaison between developers and business teams. Lead project meetings with business sponsors and developers to gather new requirements and identify risks, etc.

Expectations

The Technical Project Manager will be expected to:
  • Be an accomplished problem solver with good conflict resolution and collaboration skills
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and guide feature tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical and budget constraints
  • Identify and communicate issues and risks, and prepare solutions or mitigation strategies
  • Experience  with all phases of product development lifecycle 
  • Have proactive mindset with a customer service focus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in addition to meeting facilitation and presentation skills
  • Understand and use Agile methodologies and tools
  • Create internal process improvements  
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with an  ability to multitask
