Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university 5+ years of professional recruiting experience

Manufacturing experience is highly preferred

Demonstrated ability to handle and protect highly confidential information

Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple projects with excellent follow-through

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships with all levels in the organization

Previous experience in executing projects from inception through implementation

Strong capacity to attend to detail and highly organized

Proficient computer (MS Office) skills are required

Thinking “outside of the box” in attracting Talent

 

Responsibilities:

Maintain all aspects of the recruiting process including:

Supervise TAS I & II Source, screen and recruit passive and active candidates (Boolean and database searches)

Manage client (applicants, hiring managers) relations through frequent written and oral communications

Conduct reference checks

Proctor assessments

Facilitate background checks

Maintain up to date recruiting electronic files; workflow events in iCIMS

Oversee college relations; including attending career fairs and alumni organizations

Documentation with daily notes in ATS and weekly reporting/metrics tracking

Identify, analyze issues and provide integrated, effective solutions that meet business needs

Provide training to HR users and hiring managers as needed & facilitate Webinars for the field
