  • Administration of Enterprise Applications:
    • Group Policies and Active Directory
    • McAfee Web Gateway & Reporter
    • McAfee EPO for the Enterprise
    • Internet Firewall and Remote Access
    • Internet Domain Registrations & SSL Certificates
    • Google Apps Unlimited
  • Understanding and ability to follow Enterprise change management processes
  • Providing end user support as needed
  • Developing training materials for various IT Technologies

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years experience in the field
  • Virtual Technologies
  • Software: Windows, Linux, Google Apps Unlimited
  • Proficiency with MS Office 2007 or higher:   MS Office - Access, Word, Visio, Project, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, SQL data   queries, etc)
  • Project tracking and management skills
  • Proven focus on customer service in an IT role and organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A willingness and desire to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Flexibility to work occasional after-hours and weekends
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • The ability to see complex issue through to completion, including problem ownership
  • Experience with data center technologies & best practices (hardware, software and controls)
  • Working in a flexible, open, team based environment
