Our international manufacturing client in the Galleria area is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of 

Receptionist/HR Assistant; to be located in Atlanta, GA and reporting to the Human Resources Generalist.

The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, providing customer service to all guests entering the building, providing administrative support to the Human Resources Team, as well as additional clerical duties.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate degree, Bachelor’s preferred
  • 3 - 5 years receptionist experience, managing high call volume
  • 2+ years HR experience
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience operating Avaya switchboard
  • Previous experience in Workday
  • Previous experience in Visix
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • High degree of detail orientation

Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and direct visitors, contractors and vendors
  • Protect confidentiality across the Company in person and by phone
  • Direct over 50 incoming calls a day, identifying caller needs to route to appropriate product and/or division contact
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance for all external vendors on-site in the Atlanta office
  • Track and process all HR related invoices through Bottomline
  • Assist in processing Payroll through Kronos
  • Maintain database spreadsheets such as: evacuation list, seating chart, mail code, phone extension list
  • Performing various administrative functions to support the activities of the Human Resources Department
  • Clarify and route customer requests to appropriate product and/or business function contact
  • Complete Front Desk Fire Warden duties
  • Back-up for Mailroom Clerk
  • Assist Lincoln Properties with their efforts with cleaning staff and vendors
