Job Description

A growing 12-year old Atlanta luxury furniture company is searching for an  eCommerce Specialist to assist with the re-platforming  their eCommerce website. They are looking to hire a highly motivated and career-minded individual with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should possess superior analytical skills, be able to excel in a team environment and have an exceptional attention to detail. 

This position requires complete ownership of the company' s creative web strategy and extensive work within their existing web frameworks,  complex Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets to add, remove and update products through various digital sales channels. Other duties include working in the “ back admin” section of our eCommerce platform:  maintaining, updating and helping expand their existing platform as well as  inventory management and transitioning all data to a new e-tail platform.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Help with the development, design and implementation of new website features, categories, catalogs, etc.
  • Assist in the management of Amazon and Amazon FBA
  • Launch online products, categories and content pages
  • Recommend strategies for the architecture of cloud-based environments and CDN’ s
  • Create keyword rich content for product descriptions, meta descriptions, page titles, and content pages
  • Assist in the management of Google Analytics, Google Shopping and PPC
  • Analyze website performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Partner with key departments and management to align company strategies between creative, marketing, social and inventory
  • Work directly with marketing team to provide full visibility to buys, trends, expectations and assist in the implementation of all marketing efforts and initiatives through the back admin (html and css)
  • Update and manage vendor inventory availability
  • Manage the taxonomy of in house merchandise

  • Back admin experience with ecommerce platforms – Yahoo Aabaco is a bonus
  • Experience with meta descriptions, page titles, url redirects, 404 errors, schema, tags, robots.txt file and google search console parameters
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel formulas
  • Basic HTML knowledge – CSS, Java, jQuery are a bonus
  • Proficient Adobe skills (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • QuickBooks experience is a bonus
  • Highly organized, motivated, solution-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • College degree – Computer science preferred, advertising and other creative degrees are great too
