This role provides a unique opportunity for a digital professional to play a critical role in helping to grow global digital business within  Our client, based in Atlanta, this person will be a member of the Digital Channel Management team and will play a key role in the digital center of excellence. As a Digital Analyst – Web Specialist, this role will be responsible for the effective execution and operation of our web sites and mobile applications.

  • Partner with the Website Owner in a variety of site planning and operational tasks such as site search optimization, promotion setup, performance analysis, marketing campaign support, product content management, digital asset management, product review curation, etc.
  • Work with internal business stakeholders, digital teams, and external agencies to ensure timely functional enhancements and content updates are made to a variety of digital properties
  • Serve as a key link between what the business wants and what is delivered on our digital sites leveraging a variety of digital technology tools and platforms, including learn and master the hybris eCommerce platform business administration cockpits
  • Create specification documents of functional and non-functional requirements for new features, functionalities, and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members; business owners, product management, UXD, IT, BAs, QA, operations, and vendors, to review requirements
  • Collaborate with creative staff on design and layout issues to facilitate web publishing
  • Identify, define, and document processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency of team
  • Ensure site is optimized and is cross-platform and cross-browser compatible
  • Document incident summaries and update functional requirements, test cases, and process flows when needed
  • Own site content and configurations releases, QA signoff, and documentation
  • Effectively, consistently, and proactively communicate issue status, and related information to cross-functional teams and at all levels
  • Gather user feedback for digital site improvements and enhancements
  • Gather and research information that enhances the value of the digital site
  • Conduct periodic quality checks on all digital properties; then provide recommendations to fix and optimize as needed.
  • Advise internal groups on all issues relating to the digital sites
  • Maintain knowledge of current systems, applications and functionality
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and digital innovations
  • Develop subject matter expertise of  client' s brands, product lines, customers, and industries


  • Bachelor' s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing or other relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience performing business systems analysis, requirements management planning and monitoring, requirements elicitation, requirements management and communication, requirements analysis, and solution assessment and validation for digital channels
  • Demonstrated experience with analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to use data to break down complex problems and formulate plans
  • Experience with eCommerce businesses and the high-level processes and technologies involved including eCommerce platforms, web content management, product content management tools, and web site traffic analytics platforms and tools
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal stakeholders, vendors, senior management and staff
  • Superior problem-solving skills, project management, multitasking, focus on detail and comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • Comfortable working both independently with minimal supervision and closely in a team environment
  • Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to groups of varying size
  • Experience with visual, textual and multimedia content and content management tools and systems preferred
  • Automotive or Industrial industry experience is a plus
