Technical Account Manager (TAM)

  • Ability to analyze security requirements and develop effective solutions for implementing in customer environments
  • Ability to assimilate and express complex technical and functional concepts effectively, both verbally and written, up to C-level
  • Experience with designing, programming, testing and deploying enterprise software
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to formulate effective solutions to complex technical problems
  • Ability to manage customer expectations in light of current and planned solution capabilities
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills, with experience delivering executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated experience as a team player in a cross-functional environment who can continually innovate and improve the way the client serves its customers
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and creative environment
  • Thorough technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including directory servers, authentication protocols, network protection strategies, web based applications, software deployment technologies, and endpoint management and security technologies
  • Experience with encryption, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and other relevant security endpoint solutions
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a technical lead on successful information security implementation projects in a professional services capacity
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
