Solution Architect

Job Description
• Responsible for supporting more senior level architects in medium to large solution design opportunities. 
• Participates in the design of low to medium revenue and low complexity custom services solutions.

• Open and manage ServiceNow change and Incident tickets from creation through full approval. This will involve the chasing of task acceptance, and the approval of all stakeholders 
• Work closely with the L3 & L2 SA’s to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and acceptable green zones of all change and incident records 
• Work closely with L3 SA’s for the scheduling of all patching windows, and the continual management of the entire patching effort between the Patching, L3, and L2 teams 
• Meet both individually and in meeting settings with L3 SA’s to maintain a master record with schedule of all break/fix, convergence, and patching activities, which will be shared with the manger on a regular basis 

• Broad knowledge in change management systems, preferably with ServiceNow 
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, and experience with milestones, gates, and deliverables a plus 
• Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to translate detailed technical requirements into high-level bullet points, and vice-versa 
• Strong presentation skills 
• Strong time management skills 
• A well-organized person, capable of working with minimal supervision 
• Proven track record working under pressure, balancing multiple projects, meeting aggressive deadlines, making difficult decisions, and delivering quality solutions 
• Bachelor degree in computer science or other related or equivalent work experience
