Service Delivery Manager

Job Description:
The Support Team, tests, and implements change reconciliation and baseline configuration services for mission-critical operating systems, middleware, and applications for all business units globally. 
- Our team provides monitoring and reporting support for more than 50k multi-platform distributed systems. 
- Provide third level support for Global Log Review Product & Technology Management. 
- This consists of support Symantec Control Compliance Suite (CCS) managers and agents. 
- Liaise with SA Teams, IS & CATE to resolve the infrastructure related issues on-going basis. 
- Follow up on the progress and subsequent resolution to the issues.
- Regularly interact with the embedded compliance and application data support teams to provide CCS related to support and report generation. 
- Oversight for L2 Interlocks. Complete activities by adhering to the defined SLA levels. 
- Creating new ESM policies, templates and/or modifying Existing ones. 
- Assist in the assessment, & processing of audit and MCA related request in a timely manner. 
- Ability to create documents as per corporate standard.

Additional Details:
- Working knowledge of Symantec ESM or Symantec Control Compliance Suite (CCS). 
- Application and End user support Application Lifecycle Knowledge on UNIX and Windows operating systems.
- Experience on Technical support is preferred Non 

Technical Skills: 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
- Strong customer service/focus skills. 
- Good understanding of supporting a complex and distributed technical environment. 
- Excellent people skills, ability to interact successfully with business, and other technology groups. 
- Proven ability to deal with demanding client needs CISSP, CISA, ITIL certifications a plus.
