Senior Salesforce Developer:   Job Description:
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be a driving force in implementing Salesforce solution upgrades. Company is a SF super user using SF daily (Sales, Contracts, Client Service, Data Services, Finance, Senior Leadership), so this role will be working on a core product, and not working on an add-on for a sales team. This is a highly visible team, whereas senior level leadership is heavily involved in many of the SF upgrades.   The Senior Salesforce Developer is the driving force for further adoption of new SF features. This positon will work closely with a team of expert SF Administrators, and the focus is SF Development rather than SF Administration duties. In this position, input as to how solutions should be architected and having a true voice in decisions is reality.   This role is also fully integrated with other platform Devs on core platform objectives. The Technology team is results-oriented and rewards IT teams that deliver -- regardless of seniority or background. Senior leadership understands good design, architecture and sleek implementation. New products are released on schedule and in this role the deliverable directly affects the bottom line of the company.
Required experience:   1-3 years Salesforce Development Experience Developer Certification or Advanced Developer Certification is preferred.
Full stack Developer with JavaScript experience.
Experience with Lightning or other client side framework (e.g. Backbone, Angular or React).
Superior initiative and ability to maintain high levels of personal accountability.
Capacity for independence and self-motivation in a high-volume environment.
Strong work ethic, deadline-focused, and positive attitude.
Creating tools for automation of support processes and client retention.
Building client-specific solutions on the Salesforce1 platform using Apex and VisualForce.
Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation, and system triggers.
Applying functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of custom applications.
Developing integration processes using exposing API services to .net applications.
Creating and maintaining system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications.
Focusing most of time on new products and features.
Working with product owners to set legit delivery schedules as opposed to working toward arbitrary deadlines.
Professional suggestions are implemented while following regular retrospectives.   Internal Delivery Process
4 week sprints; Daily scrums; Teams of 4 - 10
