Senior Network Systems Administrator




The Senior Network Systems Administrator is a member of the IT Infrastructure team supporting the corporate data center and network infrastructure.  Supported technologies include enterprise-class routing, switching, load balancing and firewall solutions in the datacenter, hybrid-cloud and across the WAN. The Network Administrator diagnoses, resolves, and documents hardware and software network problems as well as plans and designed networks systems and overall network life cycle management.


Specific Duties:

  • Configure and install network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, ASA, load balancers, wireless, VPN, QoS, TACACS)
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
  • Maintain support and management of Cisco Contact Center Infrastructure
  • You will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and maintaining software, critical systems and highly-available systems.
  • Maintain knowledge base and ITGCs required to maintain compliance with PCI, SOX, and General IT best practices. 
  • Help to formulate and execute regularly scheduled maintenance of the systems. Ensure our disaster plan is effective and our machines are configured to handle the required workloads.
  • Responsible for the collection of system statistics and to assist management in the analysis of these reports.
  • Assist with the planning, organizing and implementation of new hardware and software.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of this position.
  • Participate in the Technical Services OnCall Schedule in accordance with the interdepartmental Service Level Agreement(SLA).
  • Maintain IS Knowledge Base Entries that cover topics in a manner that enable the members of Technical Services and Systems Support to answer and correct common problems.



  • Baccalaureate degree in computer science or related field is desired. 
  • Must have at least a Cisco Network Associate level of understanding, CCNP Preferred
  • A minimum of three years of related experience is required, two or more which should include knowledge of Cisco Route/Switch Management.
  • Cisco Contact Center Management  
  • Work experience within an Agile framework is preferred.
