Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics 

Job Description 
The candidate will be a data-driven individual who has excellent analytics skills and experience. This position will have a key role in contributing analytics for a high-profile client in the automotive industry. This person must effectively work with clients and vendors while completing high-quality analytics deliverables in support of the digital marketing channel. Responsibilities include: 
- Leverage data to gain insight into trending, user experience and behavior in order to drive the appropriate digital marketing, mobile and social strategies 
- Collaborate with team management to shape our clients’ digital marketing strategy, measurement model, and expectations 
- Take various sources of customer and campaign data and condense it down to a coherent story with clear conclusions and actionable insights 
- Measure site usability/effectiveness, along with monetization of media campaigns, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices 
- Manage client relationships and serve as the SME for web analytics 
- Contribute to building an analytics strategy and elevate the analytics platform to achieve a data-driven digital marketing culture 
- Data analysis of web projects, A/B and multivariate testing, and ad hoc requests 
- Oversee tag management services and maintain integrity across multiple sources of data 
- Partner with multiple vendors to implement analytics requirements and streamline project processes. 
- User acceptance testing of Adobe (Omniture) tags and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes (data validation, etc.) on various platforms •      Evaluate and recommend digital marketing tools and products. 
- Perform competitive analysis 
- Mentor junior analysts 
  
Desired Skills & Experience Requirements:  
- Bachelor’ s degree 
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of web metrics and/or analytics experience 
- Strong Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target experience 
- Understands (and must have hands-on experience in) how to analyze, structure and interpret large volumes of raw data into effective visual stories for business owners 
- Can multi-task and quickly adapt to changing/conflicting priorities 
- Motivated by learning and evaluating new analytics technologies, and staying up-todate with current trends and tools 
- Implementation experience with analytics platforms such as a web reporting tool and tag management software 
- Critical thinker who can problem solve 
- Excellent written/verbal communication 
- Ability to work independently and is a motivated self-starter 
- Detail-oriented and organized 
 
Preferred Qualifications:  
- MBA or Master’ s degree in quantitative discipline 
- Experience within the digital marketing field 
- Experience from at a marketing/advertising agency on consulting firm 
- Excels at client relationship management 
- Experience with data management platforms (DMP), such as Oracle Blue Kai 
- Experience with offline/online data integration 
- Experience with business intelligence tools 
- Statistical modeling experience, including attribution modeling and predictive modeling 
- Knowledge of DART for Advertisers (DFA) and JavaScript 
- Experience with social media tools, such as Spredfast and Brandwatch 
- General scripting (e.g. Perl, regular expressions, Bash, etc.)
