Graphic Designer



  • Develop various graphics for use in communications and training deliverables. These may include: website images, page designs (developed in Adobe InDesign), PNG learning objects, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, process flows, and other design deliverables - often with “ quick turnaround” requirements.

  • Provide production support for video deliverables, including: screencasts, leader messages, tutorials, internal announcement and marketing videos, etc.

  • Build and maintain pages on multiple corporate and Finance intranet sites using Jive

  • eLearning development production support. Designer will support the efforts of several instructional content developers by providing custom design deliverables.

  • Other instructional technology duties, as assigned.



  • Contemporary design aesthetic. Designer will need to use creativity and energy to develop compelling and informative images, which can sometimes be a challenge when working with financial data and concepts. Looking for a designer who can develop streamlined, glossy, and “ slick” corporate design deliverables.

  • Quantitative design experience, or at least an adequate understanding of related guiding principles.

  • Desire to apply creative skills while working in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a great opportunity to break into corporate design while quickly building a strong portfolio.

  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient. Candidate should be able to perform at a high level without constant supervision and guidance.

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies in a production environment.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Should be able to communicate courteously and professionally with team members, especially when using email.

  • 12 months experience in a Corporate environment (internships are acceptable experience for this position).
