  • 1-2 years experience supporting a corporate or education environment (would consider a college grad who worked in the support center for their school)
  • PC Support - Windows, Mac, OS - Windows 10, MS Edge, MS Office, Email, Internet Connectivity, User Accounts, Account Setup, light Exchange knowledge, setting up new PC's
  • Mobile Support - iPhone support, email, storage, iPhone application¬†support
  • Software Support - Windows 10, Accounting Application (will train on this)
  • Network Printers, Network Drive support, Scanners, Document Imaging System¬†support
