Associate Consultant

Overview

1-3 years of experience working within the IT industry in a Technical Business Analyst, Administrator, Trainer or Help Desk role. Strong desire to learn consulting and how to be "hands on" technically in order to successfully deliver solutions to real business problems corporations face. 

Experience and past responsibilities will have included:
  • Interacting with end users daily, helping to solve problems ( e.g., helpdesk)
  • Training end users on software functionality
  • Maintaining system documentation
  • Assists at some level with analysis, selection, design, development and implementation of information solutions

Skills Required:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an Analyst/Help Desk and/or training role related to IT (can include corporate internships)
  • Bachelor degree in a computer science or related field/ Okay if close to completing degree or an associate’s degree in related field
  • Strong written/documentation and oral communication skills (provide examples)

 

Desired/Preferred skills:
  • 1-2 years as a Power User of SharePoint 2010, 2013 or Office 365/SharePoint Online and or working experience in SharePoint sites and training 
  • Certifications
