Associate Consultant

Overview

1-3 years of experience working within the IT industry in a Technical Business Analyst, Administrator, Trainer or Help Desk role. Strong desire to learn consulting and how to be " hands on" technically in order to successfully deliver solutions to real business problems corporations face. 

Experience and past responsibilities will have included:
  • Interacting with end users daily, helping to solve problems ( e.g., helpdesk)
  • Training end users on software functionality
  • Maintaining system documentation
  • Assists at some level with analysis, selection, design, development and implementation of information solutions

Skills Required:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an Analyst/Help Desk and/or training role related to IT (can include corporate internships)
  • Bachelor degree in a computer science or related field/ Okay if close to completing degree or an associate’ s degree in related field
  • Strong written/documentation and oral communication skills (provide examples)

 

Desired/Preferred skills:
  • 1-2 years as a Power User of SharePoint 2010, 2013 or Office 365/SharePoint Online and or working experience in SharePoint sites and training 
  • Certifications
