The Engineering Manager will be responsible to lead one or more development teams for producing high performing, cutting edge business applications across the enterprise.  This includes supporting multiple international markets for ecommerce acquisitions, shopping and payments.  This also includes aligning with Product and Technology Leadership and business stakeholders for key project initiatives while maintaining ongoing service and support for desired service levels.

  • Lead one or more development teams accountable for business applications across the enterprise
  • Develop enterprise collaboration tools and implement industry leading solutions that support customer needs and generate company revenue
  • Manage multiple international projects in a fast paced environment with changing business priorities
  • Provide hands on technical guidance for project architecture, design and implementation
  • Partner with Product & Technology Leaders and Enterprise Architects to define and insure development teams follow and maintain coding standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architecture team and align with Product Owners for project priorities and defect resolution
  • Assist with staffing and resource assignments
  • Provide project status and reporting to the Product & Technology Leadership
  • Manage development teams, demonstrating the ability to coach, mentor and positively influence others

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of developers accountable for high performing international business applications across the enterprise, with extensive knowledge of application architecture, web services, and databases
  • Must have at least 5+ years’ experience hands on software development in MVC, ASP.NET, C#, REST Services, Web API, and SQL Server
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
  • Experience with SQL Server stored procedures and query optimization
  • Experience with all functions of Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server
  • In-depth experience with web applications for ecommerce and customer acquisitions
  • Must have experience with unit testing frameworks, code coverage and static code analysis
  • Experience managing projects and agile methodologies
  • Ability to solve business problems and have tremendous exposure to a wide range of the most current technologies
  • Excellent planning, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with multiple teams across the globe
  • Direct Selling experience preferred
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Computer Science or related field or a combination of equivalent work experience and education required
